You're Not Broken. You're Overwhelmed.

Racing thoughts that won't stop. Exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix. The weight of getting through another day. Maybe you're constantly on edge, waiting for the next thing to go wrong. Or maybe you've gone numb, just going through the motions.

These aren't signs of weakness. They're signs that you've been carrying too much for too long.

Anxiety therapy gives you real tools, not empty advice, to understand what's happening in your mind and body, and to create lasting change. People often try managing anxiety on their own for years before reaching out. Anxiety therapy can help you make progress faster and with more support than going it alone.

Our Approach

We use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as a foundation—it's one of the most researched and effective treatments for anxiety and depression. You'll learn to identify thought patterns that keep you stuck and develop practical strategies that actually work.

We also draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to address the emotional roots of anxiety, and somatic approaches that help calm your nervous system.

This isn't about positive thinking or trying harder. It's about understanding how your mind works and building skills that create real change.

Anxiety Therapy Burlington: Our Office, Virtual Sessions, and Fees

We see clients in person at Suite 700, 1122 International Blvd in Burlington. The building has free parking and the suite is wheelchair accessible. In-person appointments run on weekdays and some evenings. Virtual sessions are available from anywhere in Ontario, and many clients mix the two depending on the week.

Individual sessions are $170 for virtual and $185 for in-person or evening virtual appointments, HST exempt. We provide receipts for extended health insurance, and most plans that cover psychotherapy reimburse a portion of the cost. The full schedule is on our fees page.

Your first session is a conversation, not a test. Your anxiety therapist in Burlington will ask what the worry looks like day to day, what you have already tried, and what you want to be different. From there you build a plan together and review it every few sessions. More about the office, parking, and the neighbourhood is on our Burlington location page.
