Before "I Do"
You're excited about your future together. You've talked about the big things, or at least you think you have. But have you really discussed how you'll handle money? What happens when your families clash? How you'll navigate conflict when the honeymoon phase ends?
Premarital counselling isn't about finding problems. It's about building a foundation strong enough to handle whatever life throws at you.
The Prepare/Enrich Program
We use the Prepare/Enrich assessment, one of the most researched premarital tools available, with over 40 years of research behind it. It's not a pass/fail test. It's a conversation starter.

Premarital Counselling Across Ontario
Our sessions are available virtually anywhere in Ontario, or in person at our Burlington office for evening appointments. Wherever your wedding is happening, this is easy to fit into a busy engagement season.
This is often just the beginning. Many couples come back for marriage counselling after the wedding to keep building on what they learned, and some start with general couples counselling before deciding premarital work is the right fit. Either way, the goal is the same: a relationship where both of you feel known and supported.
Virtual premarital counselling, or premarital counseling if you searched with the American spelling, happens over a secure video platform, so distance or a packed wedding-planning calendar doesn't have to get in the way. If you're both juggling work, family, and a guest list on top of everyday life, meeting from home can make it easier to actually show up for the conversations that matter.
