Christian pre-marriage counselling views marriage as a covenant before God, not just a legal contract. We use the same evidence-based Prepare/Enrich assessment, but we can also explore biblical principles of marriage, pray together, and discuss how to build a shared spiritual life—all at your invitation.

That's more common than you might think. Premarital counselling is actually the perfect time to discuss spiritual differences openly. We create a safe space to explore expectations around faith, church involvement, and raising children without judgment.

Not at all. Many couples come from different Christian traditions or have varying levels of church involvement. We focus on your relationship and the values you share, helping you navigate any differences with respect and understanding.

Most couples complete 4-6 sessions using the Prepare/Enrich program. This includes completing the assessment, reviewing your results together, and working through key conversation areas like communication, finances, family expectations, and intimacy.

Ideally, 3-6 months before your wedding. This gives you time to process what you learn without the stress of last-minute wedding planning. However, even a few sessions close to your wedding date can be valuable—it's never too late to invest in your marriage foundation.

Yes. We offer Christian premarital counselling both in person at our Burlington, Ontario office and virtually across Ontario. Many engaged couples choose virtual sessions for the flexibility during busy wedding planning. The Prepare/Enrich assessment is completed online, so it works equally well for both formats.
