Christian Anger Management Therapy
"Be angry and do not sin"—because anger is human, but what you do with it matters.
Talk to a Faith-Integrated TherapistAnger Isn't the Problem—It's What Happens Next
Anger is one of the most misunderstood emotions—especially in the church. Many Christians have been taught that anger is always sinful, that a good believer should be calm and gentle at all times.
But even Jesus overturned tables. He saw injustice and responded with righteous anger. The Bible doesn't tell us not to feel anger. It says "be angry and do not sin" (Ephesians 4:26). The difference between righteous anger and destructive anger isn't the feeling—it's the response.
If your anger has been hurting your relationships, your family, or your own peace—therapy can help you understand what's underneath it and find a better way forward.

What Anger Often Looks Like
Anger doesn't always look like shouting. Sometimes it's the simmering irritability that never quite goes away. The sarcasm that bites. The silence that punishes. The tension your family walks on eggshells around.
Underneath anger, there's usually something else—hurt, fear, exhaustion, or a sense that things are deeply unfair. Therapy helps you get to what's really going on, so you can respond from a place of clarity instead of reactivity.
